The term OPUS originates from Latin, meaning work or labor, and is often used to refer to a particular piece of work by an artist, composer, or writer. Specifically, it can denote their greatest work or masterpiece or their “Magnum Opus.”

THE OPUS PROJECT reframes greatness not in terms of external achievements but as the internal work of sculpting a meaningful and authentic existence. It embodies the belief that every individual has the potential to be a masterpiece - not because of what they do but because of who they are.

As a Creative Therapist and EFT Practitioner, I offer a holistic approach to mind-body therapy, supporting individuals and groups on their journey toward their goals and inner well-being. I welcome clients, each with their unique story to share, expressed through thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
